In 2020, a complete renovation was completed, with only the original roof decking & studs remaining.  The 14' vaulted ceilings, with beautiful exposed 1942 board decking, are an absolute eye-catcher!  

Doors were widened, and French Doors were installed, to accommodate film equipment, such as a dolly system.  Also, a10' gate was installed in the backyard for easy load-in & load-out of equipment & supplies.

There are 3 lofts that are structurally sound for grabbing that unique high angle shot.  

A  whole house surge protector is installed to keep your equipment safe.  Outlets are plentiful, including on all 4 of the porches and the 1 patio.  

Many pieces of furniture are on casters making moving easy.  

Video village and craft services can be set up under the retractable awning over the 14' X 20' back yard patio, or on the covered 8'x14' kitchen porch. 

In addition to the front yard having two large grass sections, there is a two level terraced garden, and a large flat garden section, complete with crops growing almost year-round.
